"100% Natural" restaurant on 5th is a good choice. May be pricey, but they offer natural, organic and vegan foods. I'm sure they could offer choices to someone with food allergies.

Another option is the Kaxapa Factory located on Constituyentes (at /between 10th and 15th). It's small, affordable and family owned- also has natural, organic choices w/ fresh produce. I'm sure they also could offer choices w/ food allergies. This place gets excellent reviews!!

There is a Walmart and Mega in PDC that she could purchase her own food as well!

We're considering staying at the Iberostar Quetzal in Playacar in the future w/ our toddler. Have heard great things about the resort! For kids I hear it's the best in the area. Offers great kids activities and the pools are great!
