Dear Clients,
In light of the recent hurricane, we feel compelled to inform you of our current status and what we need to do to return our hotel to our high standards.
Hurricane Wilma did cause severe damage to our hotel. Most significantly, the winds and the ocean destroyed many of our beachfront Cabaņas and two of our three restaurants.
Shangri-La Caribe will be under reconstruction for the next couple of months, and we are hoping to be fully operational before December 20, 2005.
At Shangri-La Caribe, we feel that keeping our clients informed of our status is vital and we pride ourselves making your stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. We appreciate your concern, and we are working very hard to return our hotel to top form.
