My husband and myself are leaving Nov.14th and we're looking for the fastest, cheapest and most reliable bus transportation from cancun airport to Grand Oasis Riviera Maya in Akumal. I can't find any information about direct routes, only direct routes to playa del carmen.
Please help! |

| I believe you'd have to change buses in PDC to go further south. I'm not sure of the destination points other than Tulum. The bus station is on 5th and Juarez in PDC. You could also take a taxi from that point to your hotel. |

Hi!!
I think you can also take a shared van from the airport to Akumal, but it would cost about 35 dollars each person and you will have to stop along the way to let the other van riders off at their resorts.
There are no direct busses from the airport to Akumal, just from the airport to the main bus stations in Playa or dowtown Cancun.
I think you might be able to take the Tulum bus and have them drop you off at the entrance to Akumal on the highway. I'm not sure if they will drop you off right at your resort.
I'd probably just do what Sue suggested and take the bus to Playa and then catch a cab to Akumal. That should be about 55 dollars total.
