Playa del Carmen Bus Station


The bus station is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Juarez Avenue.

• Many of the hotels are within walking distance of the Playa del Carmen bus terminal station.
  
  
• Taxis can be found across the street from the bus station.
  
  
• Tricyle drivers are available outside the bus station, if you would like their assistance.

Purchase bus tickets at Cancun Airport Terminal 1. Free shuttles run between Terminals 1 and 2 every few minutes. Look for a van marked "Asur". For detailed info and alternative transport visit my transportation page which has a lot of advice for travel to and from Cancun and Cozumel.

Tip!

If you are arriving in Cancun too late to catch the last bus to Playa, there is an alternative. You can take the Riviera Bus to downtown Cancun and then transfer to a Playa del Carmen bus in Cancun. The last bus to Playa leaves Cancun at 12:30 AM. The ride from Cancun Airport to downtown Cancun takes about 30 minutes.
